To formally apply for one of the foundation pathways please complete the following application form. You will be asked to select which pathway you wish to be considered for below.

Please note you should complete all the relevant information as fully as possible, and fields marked with asterisks (*) are mandatory must be completed in order for you to submit your application.

You will not be able to partially complete and then save this application form. You must ensure that you have read the guidance notes thoroughly and that you have sufficient time to complete all the relevant fields.

Foundation Pathways
There are three foundation pathways to choose from. Please indicate which pathway you wish to apply for.This is not binding and may change at a later date. Note that in order to proceed onto your chosen degree programme you will be required to successfully complete the foundation pathway at the necessary level of achievement.

Criminal convictions
In order to protect our students and staff we are required to ask if you have any relevant unspent criminal convictions. A relevant conviction is for offences against the person, whether of a violent or sexual nature, and convictions for offences involving unlawfully supplying controlled drugs or substances where the conviction concerns commercial drug dealing or trafficking. Convictions that are spent (as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974) are not considered to be relevant. However, certain programmes (for example teaching, health or social-work related) are exempt from the Act and different rules apply with regard to criminal convictions and the University may ask you to agree to a criminal record check as a condition of an offer.
 
 
Document Uploads
Please upload scanned copies of your academic documents. You are required to provide the following:
• Your final high school certificate and transcript, giving your grades in each subject, if you have finished high school.
OR
• Your transcripts, giving your grades in each subject, from Grade 10 and 11, and your studies so far from Grade 12, if you have not finished high school.
These should be in translated in to English.
Please also provide copies of any English language tests/certificates you hold and a copy of your passport personal details page if you are an overseas applicant.
